Tamo CrossWhen going throug my photos of my last trip to Marrakech in Morocco one of the things that stood were the beautiful doors! We are used to doors serving their basic function as entrances and exits and in most cities you wouln’t want a nice door attracting the attention of people. In Morocco, on the other hand, doors are much more flamboyant specifically in the Medina (Old center). Moroccan doors are made of a variety of materials (wood, brass, plaster etc.) some intricately carved or rustic and basic. But really, the doors are an attraction in themselves. Stunning details, a lot of craftsmanship and great amount of design to creat these beautifull portals. Just wondering what is behind…..
