Tamo CrossIt’s been a while since a destination has caught me by surprise. But I can with certainty say that Oman was one of the most remarquable destinations that I have visited lately. Those of you that followed my stories have already seen a lot of my impression from this beautiful country and for all the others I am now going through my pictures to pick the best ones to share with you. It’s however with a sad feeling that I learned that the day I left Oman, was the day that the Sultan Qabus ibn Saïd who ruled the country for over 50 years has died. Not only was he a beloved leader who has profoundly transformed this country that was once one of the poorest in the region but also an important figure in the peace discussions in the region. May he rest in peace
