After our travel in Ecuador we decided to pay a visit to the Galapagos Islands which are known for the vast number of endemic species that were studied by Charles Darwin. Most of the visitors will arrive by plane on the Airport of Isla Baltra which has no significant buildings besides the airport. The only way to get to the main Island is a boat ferry which will take you to the island of Santa Cruz. The Galapagos Islands consist of 5 bigger Islands and an total of 21 Islands with a population of 27000 inhabitants. What do you think is the most famous species of the Galapagos? ⠀
