Tamo CrossI’m a huge beer lover and those who follow my stories have seen that I had the chance to discover the range of Whiskeys from the distillery Glenfiddich, founded by William Grant in 1887. What is really interesting with Glenfiddich is that they are experimenting and innovating to create new experiences. For example the IPA Experiment: Not only did they partner up with a local craft breewer to create a zesty IPA beer but they then used it to imbue their oak casks with the beer. Those casks where the used to age the whiskey, creating the first single malt Scotch whisky ever finished in craft IPA casks. You like beer? You like Whiskey? Try the IPA Experiment
