Paris has many curious aspects to it, one of which are the love locks that are attached to bridges and railings around the Seine River. For me it’s like a collective piece of art that is growing constantly and represents so many emotions from people all over the world. In the recent years however the city of Paris is fighting with a lot of effort to hinder people from doing so. The reason is that a couple of accidents happened where complete railings crumbled and fell under the weight of all the locks. Removing the locks from the famous Pont des Arts took off 45 tons of weight from the bridge. What do you think? Should the city keep cutting the locks off or find another solution?β
